Dear CUSTOMER the undersigned Company, as the data controller, with reference to the establishment and/or execution of contractual relationships, informs you that the data, qualified by the applicable legislation as personal, directly provided by you, even verbally, essentially traceable to data on the identifying personal details of persons of age and/or minor, details of the identification document and number of days you and your family members, or friends or someone else you host in the facility reserved for you, and only your data such as mobile or landline phone number, e-mail box, may be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the obligations of fairness, lawfulness transparency and confidentiality.

Purposes of the processing, legal basis and provision of personal data

2 b) Then, the undersigned Company, in order to fulfill the obligation of the tourist tax or for the management of security in public places, may find itself in the condition of processing data of special categories, such as the state of health, in order to establish the percentage of disability necessary to determine the exemption to the tax itself, or to organize relief in case of natural disasters. Also for this purpose, which is part of a legal obligation, the provision of data is mandatory, and the refusal to provide them will result in the inability of the undersigned Company to initiate the legal relationship.

3.The processing of your data and that of the persons you host in the facility reserved for you, will be carried out through paper documents and archives and through electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with the provisions of the law designed to guarantee their confidentiality and security, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to all the purposes indicated above and in order to avoid access and consequent processing by subjects not previously authorized.Your personal data will be retained by the writer for as long as the legal relationship is established and, as regards the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 c) until you inform us that you are no longer interested in our commercial and/or promotional and/or advertising communications and/or newsletters.
