Failure to comply with the regulations authorizes the management not to renew entry to the campground

Opening hours and timeble

During the opening hours, silence hours are applied between 1 pm and 3 pm and from 11.30 pm to 07 am. In such period of time the acces bars of camping are closed and vehicular movement is prohibited. Exception is made to for possible special events in this case it may vary up to 12 p.m.

Entry of people, vehicles and management of place/the pitch

Based on the section 109 of T.U.L.P.S. the entry in the structure is allowed only after having
demonstrated / shown a valid identity card or other documents necessary to prove the identity.
• It is not allowed for minors to enter unaccompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
• Customers are required to have a mutual respect that does not undermine the harmonious coexistence within the campground.
• The customer is responsible for any visitors and/or guests. The visits of external people
to the campground are allowed only after the presentation of an identity card, visits are subject to
the payment of rates in force.
• The maximum permitted speed limit is 10 km/h.
• It’s allowed to enter only with one car per each pitch; the car must be parked within the limits of the pitch or in the parking assigned to your house (apartment, semi-detached house, mobilhome)
• The entrance of a second car is not allowed, not even for loading / unloading.
• Scooters are allowed to circulate at a maximum speed of 10 km/h and in compliance with current
legal regulations (compulsory licence plate, insurance and helmet etc.)
• The limits of the pitch must be scrupulously respected.
• The washing of cars and tents must be made at the camper services, avoiding unnecessary waste of water, such activity is strictly prohibited on the pitch.
• If the customer leaves the caravan deposited in the campsite, he will still be charged for the pitch even for the nights when no member of the group will be present.

Assembly Of Tents And Equipment Of Support

• The customer must take into account the pattern of the camping, tents and sheets colors shall not be in contrast with the vegetation, avoiding red, yellow and blue color. Fences made with sheets or nets are prohibited. Any improvements to be made to the pitch, it must be agreed with Management.
• For the preservation of plants and trees, ropes and laces must be provided with adequate rotective
sheath. Strings Ropes and laces that are not allowed or that may damage the vegetation will be removed from the camping staff.
• Superstructures are not permitted other than those directly connected safely to caravans / campers or tents.

Safety Standards

  • For safety reasons, the caravan or camper must be removable at all times.
  • Only one compliant gas cylinder is allowed per pitch.
  • The connection between the power column socket and the personal socket must be made in a workmanlike manner with three-core cable suitable for mobile laying, intact and unique (without splices) and must be placed on the ground (not on trees or hedges), as required by current regulations (CEI 64-8/7 art. 708.4).
  • The civil and criminal liability of the equipment attached to the column lies with the owner of the equipment.
  • The management disclaims any responsibility regarding the spoilage of foodstuffs due to the lack of electricity supply beyond its control.
  • The guest is required to view and comply with the evacuation plans and behavioral regulations placed within the facility.
  • Removing or damaging public safety equipment and materials, fire extinguishers, hoses, etc., will result in criminal penalties as provided by Presidential Decree 81/2008.

Animals

  • Animal owners must take the utmost care to ensure that animals do not annoy other campers or damage structures or property owned by others or the campground;
  • animal feces must be collected and thrown in the garbage and not left on the pitch or on the roads;
  • animals accompanied off the pitch must be kept on a leash with a muzzle, for the breeds required by law, and in good standing with health vaccinations and insurance policy.
    However, the campground disclaims any responsibility for damage caused by third parties.

Beach

  • The beach gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes at midnight; until 2 a.m. openings are made about every 30 minutes to allow people to return from the beach.
  • Umbrellas and equipment are rented from the beach bar. No private chairs or equipment are allowed.
    The equipment included in the price of the cottages/mobile homes is one umbrella and one beach chair.
    Personal equipment is allowed on the free beach and must be removed completely before the sun sets.
    Dogs are prohibited on the beach by ordinance of the Emilia Romagna region.

Playground and park

  • Minors may access the playground and the multipurpose field only if accompanied by adults.
    In any case, the management accepts no responsibility for any damage that minors may incur and/or that they may cause to third parties.

Swimming Pool Regulations

  • A camping pass is required to access the pool.
  • The lifeguard is responsible for supervising the safety of guests inside the pools. As a result of inappropriate or dangerous behavior, after the first warning, the lifeguard is authorized to remove offenders from the pool, and will also remove the pass and report them to
    management.
  • Decent and respectful behavior is required.
  • Showering before entering the water is mandatory.
  • The use of shampoos or detergents in the pool and showers is prohibited.
  • Running and diving is prohibited.
  • Bringing animals (dogs, cats, etc.) is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to bring balloons into the entire pool area.
  • Smoking and eating by the pool is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to consume glass beverages in the entire pool area.
  • Children under the age of 12 are allowed to enter only if accompanied by their parents, who are required to supervise their children.
  • The use of flip-flops is mandatory throughout the pool area.
  • The use of swimsuits in the pool is mandatory for all children; in the case of small children, the use of a restraining swim diaper is mandatory.
  • The pool is closed from 1 to 3 p.m. and one morning a week for water treatment.
